Free People Opens its Doors on Walnut Street

FREE PEOPLE is the newest exciting clothing store to hit Rittenhouse Square on the 1600 block of Walnut Street.  Free People has opened its doors, taking the space formerly home to Newman Gallery. The new Free People store will occupy over 6,000 square feet offering new life to Philadelphia shopping. Thanks to the addition of Barney’s Co-Op more retailers are looking at Philadelphia as a viable option for new locations and I welcome them all!  Urban Outfitter’s headquaters is located in Philadelphia’s Naval Yard, Urban Outfitters is the parent company of Free People and Anthropolie, Urban Outfitters continues to invest in Philadelphia and I hope you will invest in these three amazing stores all located along Walnut Street in Rittenhouse Square.
